Comparably Awards methodology includes measuring sentiment feedback from current employees who anonymously rated their employers on Comparably.com during a 12-month period (August 19, 2023 through August 19, 2024). Winners are determined based on results of the series of +50 workplace questions in nearly 20 core culture categories, including Compensation, Leadership, Professional Development, Work-Life Balance, Perks & Benefits and more. The award Foundever is recognized for this quarter is based on employee responses to the category. The Best Work-Life Balance measures feedback on average hours worked per day, lunch breaks, time off and more.
